MORE THAN A VICTIM - Cathy Oddie

Cathy plays a critical role as a Mettle Survivor Ambassador in providing survivor focused input to ensure our offering is nurturing & sustainable. One of the key takeaways from my time working with Cathy is the paramount importance of acknowledging and celebrating that the women we work with are so much than a victim and getting to know who they are at their core to best assist them in an empowering recovery journey. I had the privilege of spending a day with Cathy to learn more about who she is outside of her lived experience of abuse.
